Can you please explain how the Direct to Garment process works?
Step 1: Every order receives a professional design review from our graphic design team and digital printing experts. We work diligently with you to see your finished product through completion. To start, we ask for the highest resolution image you currently have. The higher the image resolution, the better!
Step 2: We are happy to work with your image, even if it takes a bit of polishing. We have mastered the art of transforming designs into masterpieces. For businesses, check with your web developer or marketing team to provide you with any raw logo image files.
Step 3: If you’re placing a new order for five or more pieces, we’ll send you a digital copy or a proof and ask that you approve it before printing begins. If you’re placing a re-order of any quantity or a new order for 4 pieces or fewer, we won’t send a proof unless the design is especially complex.
Step 4: When it comes to printing, pixels matter. Pixels are the smallest measurable point in a photo, and together, hundreds of thousands of them (sometimes millions) combine together to make the image you see. The higher the number of pieces within a canvas, the more detailed and apparent the image will look.
What is InkFinite Collab and how does is work?
InkFinite collaboration is an apparel subscription service that allows you to get premium t shirts, tanks or hoodies on a monthly basis. Simply choose which InkFinite subscription(s) you want, then sit back and watch the stylish apparel roll in every month. In the InkFinite monthly subscriptions will I get to chose my design?
Nope! If you chose the InkFinite Collab monthly subscription you will get surprised every month when your new tee, hoodie or socks arrive on your doorstep. With this subscription we will collaborate with a local monthly artist and leave it in their very capable hands to create a design that you will love. Rest assured, we will never send a shirt that we wouldn’t wear ourselves. Our artist are local Chicago artist that will express their creativity and freedom in their design. We don’t follow trends or tacky themes but we give our collaborating artist the freedom to express their art as they see fit.
What if I hate the design on my InkFinite Collab subscription?
Hate is a strong word! To keep our pricing as low as possible, we don't allow returns with any of our monthly InkFinite subscriptions. If you don't like a month's design you can cancel or update your subscription anytime. Maybe you would like to try the InkFinite Kids subscription where you can try a hoodie for your toddler for the following month! With InkFinite options we know you will find the subscription that is right for you!
Can I place a one-time order?
Yes, of course we have InkFinite options. You can chose one of our monthly subscriptions, create your own custom apparel or check out our other collections and services.
